Self-Esteem
Our training course on “Self-Esteem” aims to educate employees on the importance of self-esteem and how it can positively impact the workplace.
Participants will learn about the different aspects of self-esteem, such as self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-efficacy, and self-love, and how they are interrelated. They will also learn about the benefits of high self-esteem, including improved work performance, increased motivation, and better relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the course will cover the common reasons why people have low self-esteem and the impact it can have on the workplace.
The course provides participants with strategies and techniques for developing and utilising self-esteem in the workplace, such as setting positive affirmations, practicing self-care, and learning to accept and embrace their strengths and weaknesses. It also includes group discussions and hands-on activities to help participants apply these techniques in real-life situations. By the end of the course, participants will have a better understanding of the importance of self-esteem in the workplace and will be equipped with the skills to improve and maintain their self-esteem.
