Are there any entry requirements to take part in this live webinar?

You do not need any prior experience in project management or event organisation. However, you would need to have a good command of the English language.

How do I log in to the webinar?

You will receive the webinar link by email one day before the webinar. If you do not receive the email with the link by then, please check the Spam folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the email and click Not Junk, which will allow future emails to get through. Do I need to install any software?

You will need to download and install a small program to gain access to the webinar. Instructions on how to set it up will be sent to you by email one day before the webinar together with the webinar ID.

I can't attend the webinar at the scheduled time. Can I view the webinar at a later time?

Yes. The webinar will be recorded and published on our YouTube channel and Facebook page. We will send out an email to all registrants with a link to the video once it is published.

Will the slides used in the webinar be available afterwards?

Yes. They will be published online. We will send out an email to all registrants with a link to the slides once the presentation is published.

What equipment do I need to access the webinar?

You need a computer or a mobile device with an Internet connection and a browser, equipped with speakers or headphones. Make sure you test your equipment before the start of the webinar.

Will I be awarded a Certificate of Participation?

Certificates of Participation will be issued upon request. If you would like a Certificate of Participation, you can request one when completing the online evaluation form that you will be prompted to after the webinar.
