Public Speaking

Our module on “Public Speaking Skills” aims to educate employees on the importance of effective public speaking and how it can positively impact the workplace.

Participants will learn about the different aspects of public speaking, such as audience engagement, structure, and delivery, and how to use them effectively in different situations. They will also learn about the benefits of effective public speaking, including improved communication, increased motivation, and better relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the module will cover common reasons why people find it hard to give public speeches, such as fear of public speaking, lack of confidence, and lack of preparation.

The module provides participants with strategies and techniques for developing and utilising effective public speaking skills, such as storytelling, body language, and visual aids. It also includes group discussions and hands-on activities to help participants apply these techniques in real-life situations. By the end of the module, participants will have a better understanding of the importance of public speaking skills in the workplace and will be equipped with the skills to deliver effective speeches. This skill is important in many industries and professions, such as sales, marketing, customer care, education, and business development, as well as in leadership and management positions where public speaking is often required.
