Negotiating Skills

Our module on “Effective Negotiation in the Workplace” aims to educate employees on the importance of effective negotiation and how it can positively impact the workplace.

Participants will learn about the different types of negotiation, such as distributive and integrative negotiation, and how to use them effectively in different situations. They will also learn about the benefits of effective negotiation, including improved productivity, increased motivation, and better problem-solving abilities. Additionally, the module will cover how negotiation skills can be used to reach mutually beneficial agreements in areas such as sales, customer service, team management, and project management.

The module provides participants with strategies and techniques for effective negotiation, such as active listening, providing feedback, and handling conflicts constructively.
