Motivation

Our module on “Motivation in the Workplace” aims to educate employees on the importance of motivation and how it can positively impact the workplace.

Participants will learn about the different types of motivation, such as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and how to use them effectively in different situations. They will also learn about the benefits of motivation, including improved work performance, increased trust, and better communication and relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the module will cover how motivation affects an individual’s work ethic, such as accountability, professionalism, and respect for others.

The module provides participants with strategies and techniques for developing and utilising effective motivation, such as goal-setting, providing feedback, and creating a culture of trust and empowerment. It also includes group discussions and hands-on activities to help participants apply these techniques in real-life situations. By the end of the module, participants will have a better understanding of the importance of motivation in the workplace and will be equipped with the skills to motivate themselves and others. This will be particularly useful for managers, leaders, and project managers, who have the responsibility of managing a team or a project since they will be able to understand how motivation affects delegation of work, empathy, and understanding of each other.
