Managing Change

Our module on change management aims to educate employees on the effects of change on work performance, motivation, trust, relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders, as well as work ethics.

Participants will learn about the different types of change and the common reactions to change, including fear, resistance and uncertainty. They will also learn about the benefits of change, including improved productivity, increased motivation, and better relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the module will cover the impact of change on an individual’s work ethics, such as adaptability, flexibility, and open-mindedness.

The module provides participants with strategies and techniques for accepting and managing change, such as positive reframing, goal-setting, and effective communication. It also includes group discussions and group work to help participants apply these techniques in real-life situations. By the end of the module, participants will have a better understanding of change and its effects and will be equipped with the skills to accept and manage change effectively and without fear or resistance in the workplace.
