Goal-Setting

Our module on “Goal-Setting Skills in the Workplace” aims to educate employees on the importance of goal-setting and how it can positively impact the workplace.

Participants will learn about the different types of goals, such as short-term and long-term goals, and how to set SMART goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. They will also learn about the benefits of goal-setting, including improved productivity, increased motivation, and better time management. Additionally, the module will cover how goal-setting can be used to reach targets, achieve KPIs, and increase profits.

The module provides participants with strategies and techniques for effective goal-setting, such as prioritising, breaking down goals into manageable steps, and creating a plan of action. It also includes group discussions and hands-on activities to help participants apply these techniques in real-life situations. By the end of the module, participants will have a better understanding of the importance of goal-setting in the workplace and will be equipped with the skills to set and achieve effective goals that align with their personal and professional objectives.
