Conflict Management and Resolution

Our module on “Conflict Management and Resolution in the Workplace” aims to educate employees on the effects of conflicts, conflict management, and resolution on work performance, motivation, trust, relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders, as well as work ethics.

Participants will learn about the different types of conflicts, and how to identify and assess them. They will also learn about the negative impact of conflicts on work performance, motivation, trust, and relationships, and the importance of effective conflict management and resolution skills in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, the module will cover the impact of conflicts on an individual’s work ethic, such as professionalism, accountability, and respect for others.

The module provides participants with strategies and techniques for effective conflict management and resolution, such as active listening, providing feedback, effective communication, and handling conflicts constructively. It also includes group work, group discussions, and role-plays to help participants apply these techniques in real-life situations. By the end of the module, participants will have a better understanding of conflicts, and their effects and will be equipped with the skills to manage and resolve conflicts effectively in the workplace.
