Participants will learn about the different types of interpersonal skills, such as active listening, effective communication, and negotiation skills. They will also learn about the benefits of effective interpersonal skills, including improved productivity, increased motivation, and better relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the module will cover how these skills can improve performance in areas such as customer service, sales, and team management.
The module provides participants with strategies and techniques for developing and utilising effective interpersonal skills, such as active listening, providing feedback, and handling conflicts constructively. It also includes group discussions and hands-on activities to help participants apply these techniques in real-life situations. By the end of the module, participants will have a better understanding of the importance of interpersonal skills in the workplace and will be equipped with the skills to communicate, negotiate and interact effectively with others in a professional setting.
